Overview Because jz.birds uses a print-on-demand approach to ensure sustainability and reduce waste, all products are unique and produced specifically for you once ordered. Therefore, we do not offer returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or wrong size/color selection, unless required by law (e.g., for customers in the European Union).
Damages and Manufacturing Errors If your product arrives damaged, or if you received the wrong item or a manufacturing error occurred, we offer a free replacement or a full refund. Please contact us within 30 days of product delivery via our "Contact Us" form or at info@jzbirds.com and provide a clear photo showing the issue. We will make it right immediately!
European Union 14-day Cooling-off Period If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
For Customers in Australia Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Note: This does not cover "change of mind" or errors made by the customer during ordering (such as selecting the wrong size).
Refunds If your refund is approved (for damages or EU returns), you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@jzbirds.com.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as personalized items with your name), and personal care goods. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
